You may be surprised to see light bulbs on our cleaning and hygiene site but as a consumable product we are regularly requested and supplying light bulbs to offices throughout Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Central Belt. 

Some clients prefer us to supply and install, after which we take a record of the bulbs used in your premises so on the next visit we can come prepared with the bulb stock suitable to you. 

Other clients prefer to install their own bulbs but may find that they are overcharged by local retail suppliers or simply prefer the convenience of using Property One due to the fact we currently provide other services to them.  Our prices on bulbs will almost always be more competitive than local retailers as hold accounts with electrical suppliers nationwide, we will more often than not have access to more stock than they can provide also, particularly for commercial environments. 

As you may have seen on our building maintenance site we also supply electrical work so if you have a faulty light fitting also you know that Property One can correctly report the problem to you should you have lighting issues. 

Lastly, you may be aware there is phase out taking place on incandescent light bulbs, firstly with 100w bulbs now not being manufactured or imported.  Property One can provide the energy saving alternatives you will require, not only for incandescent bulbs but you may find that by upgrading your lighting in general you are laying the foundation for an improved environmental footprint and also large potential savings in your electricity bills.
